Jack Strader is a veteran of the Valbanill War.
A wanderer with a left hand missing his pinky, ring and middle finger. He rampaged around the city until he was stopped by Cecily and Luke. Later, he was used by the black-robed man whom performed a devil contract to capture Aria, but was defeated by Cecily again with Aria and Luke's assistance.
